This year’s harvest was a dream for our grove in Kuku, Horowhenua. We nearly doubled our yield to create an extra virgin olive oil that is medium intensity. With a blend of Leccino 90% and Frantoio 10% Tuscan varieties, these are ideal to drizzle on home-grown garden salads, meats, vegetables and pastas. Stir into soups, dressings and marinades.
